Cancellation policy

Some products in our store may be available to you through subscription, pre-order, or try-before-you-buy options.  This cancellation policy outlines how to modify or cancel these purchase types.

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries.  These are based on the subscription duration and frequency you select. 
Your payment details will be securely stored, and you will be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance. 
Some subscriptions may automatically renew upon expiration.  If you do not wish to renew, you can cancel.  You can cancel or change your subscription at any time.  Your order confirmation email contains a link to your order.  You can manage your subscription from there.

Pre-order refers to purchasing products that are out of stock or about to be released but currently have no inventory.  We may not charge a payment upfront or may collect a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, and ship the product at a later date while collecting the full or remaining payment. 
You can cancel pre-orders that have not been shipped and have been partially paid.  If the order has been shipped, you cannot cancel it, but you can request a full or partial refund.  For more details about returns and refunds, see our return policy.  Try before you buy
When you purchase a try-before-you-buy item, we will authorize your payment method before shipping the order.  You can decide whether to keep the item during the trial period.  If you do not return the item after the trial period, we will charge the full amount to your payment method.
